Uses
The gear and software I use every day. Updated whenever I convince myself I need something new.
Hardware
MacBook Pro (Apple silicon)
One machine for everything: code, design, builds and a frankly unreasonable number of simulators.
Editor & terminal
Cursor
VS Code, but it finishes my sentences. Oxlint lints on save, so we never argue about commas.
Claude Code & Codex
Agents for the boring 80%: migrations, refactors, reviews. I still read every diff. Trust, but verify.
zsh
Plain zsh, a handful of aliases and a fast prompt. No 400-line dotfiles, I promise.
Default stack
TypeScript, end to end
Zod at the edges, tRPC in between, no `any` in the middle. Not even on Fridays.
Expo
For anything that ships to the App Store or Play Store. Native builds without the native headaches.
Astro
For content sites like this one. Ships HTML, not a framework. Your battery says thanks.
Bun & Turborepo
Fast installs, fast scripts, cached builds across the monorepo. Less time to get coffee, sadly.
Services
Vercel
Hosts this site. Static pages and a handful of serverless functions doing the heavy lifting.
Resend
Delivers the emails from the contact form, templated with React Email. Straight to your inbox, not to spam (fingers crossed).
Figma
Where designs get handed over, and where I sketch my own when nobody's watching.
