Shipped client products on web and mobile in a small product team, from the very first Figma frame all the way to the app store.
- Shipped features end-to-end across Expo apps and web dashboards, on a typed tRPC + Prisma stack that caught my mistakes before users did
- Worked directly with designers and clients, turning feedback into small, frequent releases instead of one big scary one
- Raised the quality bar with end-to-end tests in Playwright and infrastructure as code in Terraform. Fewer surprises, fewer late nights

Built the mobile and web side of a contact-centre (CCaaS) platform for telecom customers. Yes, the people who answer when you call.
- Built React Native apps that let contact-centre agents handle calls and customers on the go, desk optional
- Designed Node.js + DynamoDB services with Zod-validated contracts shared between client and server, so both sides finally agreed on what the data looks like
- Rebuilt web interfaces on React, Vite, Tailwind and shadcn/ui, side by side with design
- Owned customer-reported issues from triage to fix, playing translator between support and engineering

Hey, I'm Lars.

It started with games. As a kid I hosted my own Minecraft servers: plugins, port forwarding and the occasional crash at the worst possible moment. That's why I picked IT in high school, and I never looked back.
